Description

A procedure to locate a file on the M:, A:, or B: drives, given a path (eg. '\OPD\SPKTIME.INI').

Another procedure performs an intelligent search for your application resource file, based on language codes. It will give preference to a specified language code, then fall back to the machines' language code, and finally will search for any language code.
